1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Cast Deals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Cast Deals account. Talent under 18 may only appear on Cast Deals with a verified parent or legal guardian managing the account.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, impersonate, defraud, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or our Community Standards.
5. Bookings, payments and disputes
Cast Deals is a connection platform. Any booking, contract, payment, or commercial agreement between users is solely between those users. Cast Deals is not a party to bookings.
6. Content rights
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, video, bio). By posting, you grant Cast Deals a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content within the platform.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
